MCS is very bureaucratic and impacts our ability to deliver with quality and on time - seriously, I've been doing consulting for over 20 years now and I haven't seen a more rigid consulting group... We do not promote our folks internally, we'd rather go outside and hire externally - which kind of does not make sense.
