I don't want to mention a particular name of some of the Senior Vice President positions but we all want that person get kicked out of the company already!!! This person has got rid of almost everyone from their department that's because someone else took the blame instead!!! We know who this person is, they need to go now!!! They are not inventors of anything, they get credit for inventions that other people within the company came up with and the SVP will get all the credit for just signing the patent. The SVP of the company has picked on so many employees over the years so they don't take blamed when things are going bad, now it's time for them to get picked on and get their ass fired now!!!!! What is taking so long for this company to realize that their SVP doesn't do a whole lot of work, it's the middle directors and or managers that are doing all the work for these lazy, mean, thugs who are extremely overpaid for no reason!!! They don't work, they just sit and wait for answers from someone else!!! When will the CEO Gavin finally realize that they need to get rid of the SVP's already!!! The company thought they saved money by getting rid of all the less paid employees but why not get rid of all the top executives SVP's who are getting paid WAY more money for not doing much instead!!!! I would rather have less paid employees who actually work then those SVP's who sit around and get paid loads of money doing nothing all day!!!

So it sounds like you have a problem with VP's. And in your humble opinion there was never a VP or SVP in the history of the world that was worth their salt. And every single person or committee that promoted these folks was misguided or displayed poor judgement. Looks like a case of sour grapes to me. Perhaps these "incompetent" executives having to work with people with attitudes such as yours should have been paid even more for their efforts. Just sayin'
