The Raven has struck again at the Ft. Worth South campus and to top it off the President knows. Our Admissions Director has been accused 4 times , since I've been here, of inappropriate behavior with a student and they wash it under the rug like it's okay (anything that helps the enrollment). Maybe this is the New Normal for our campus? I can't believe no one cares, maybe it's because our President's too busy working on her homework or she doesn't want her boyfriend locked-up again. Oops did I say that. Either way we are doomed.

Professional people won't work for an unprofessional institution. Why would anyone work for a company that is unethical and sinking bad? You are stuck with the ones that are there. Put up with it or leave.
Truth is Sean Raven is no good. He hit on me multiple times even told me he wasnt married that it just looked good for the picture. Trying to kiss me in the classrooms, telling me he wants to eat my pussy, meet him after campus in his red truck. Yeah hes a low life. I never knew his so called wife was a prior student though. Its sad because this is a college and he is preying on students. He needs to be fired and also charged in court. Everything these other students are saying is the truth. Hes dirty, get rid of him. Get a real professional to represent your school. Its sad!!!

Fort Worth South is a joke. They have had the same directors for years now with a different president every year.
It is all about the numbers. They treat the Stagg horribly. They make then stay all day for meetings then they have to return at night for class again. No break. Ridiculous. Leaving there was the best thing ever to happen to me.
And not to mention... The instructors left there now are terrible and just brown noses.
If you think the Ft. Worth South campus is terrible, come across town to the Dallas campus. We feed prospective students to start school. A good portion of current and graduate students do not have proof of graduation from high school.

This kind of thing happens on all the campuses, always has always will. Do you think an education company would want to admit that employees are having relationships with their students? Do you realize what that would do to the reputation of Zenith Education Group? Just look what happened to Penn State. Zenith would be committing suicide if it took action against an employee for these reasons and it went public. It's easier to find a reason to terminate the accuser then if there is any backlash call it a case of a disgruntled employee.

In Everest, if you can sign them up you can also f... up. No questions asked. For the people who think that HR is actually going to do something about this, I have news for you: HR will do nothing. They will keep asking for documentation, 250 words essays in APA format, pictures, and videos. I hope you get the pictures.

Nothing new. This is very normal in the Everest schools.
I can't believe this crap, the President disappears after a major complaint. It looks like Mr. Raven will get away with this accusation as well, HR protected him before and they are protecting him now. The irony here is that he dated and married a student and he's still up to his old tricks. Nothing happened then and nothing will happen now.

To 4izr: What you describe is sadly what usually happens. Most HR employees are hired as practicing sycophants and actually become the company's secret protection arm. They openly espouse the "fair and ethical treatment" of employees values, but when investigating a complaint, they practice the age old rule of tyrants and kill the messenger. That is why if an HR department is ethical and moral, it will investigate on rumors and anonymous information ( it is how you keep a company ethical), if they won't for whatever BS reason they give, they are the typical above. Sadly there are few really good HR departments for employees, Zenith is not one of them and they secretly like it that way. Those HR employees know where their bread is buttered.
We only see the President when she is not busy working on her PH.D. The Raven will walk on this one, sucm will get to keep his job and continue to prey on students.

About 5 years ago eight employees from the same department kept specific notes of the abrusiveness they received from their department manager and sent them to corporate HR. A representative from HR visited our campus and spoke with all eight of the employees, the department manager and the CP about the problems concerning these employees. Within six months all eight of these employees had been terminated for various reasons. The department manager is still there despite having the largest rate of employee turnover of a single department in the entire company. I don't know if Zenith would have done anything different but I know as a fact the campus president has a lot of input into what happens to the complainers.
In well-run, reputable companies (neither adjective applies here....) HR organizations will investigate REASONABLE complaints and protect the complaining party from retribution. You have to have some level of probable cause, otherwise unhappy employees (describes 90% of ZEG) would create frivolous complaints on an hourly basis. At CCI/ZEG, complaints are resolved by requiring excessive preliminary proof or by exposing, vilifying and then RIFing the complaining party (can happen without fear of legal action when the business is in decline and RIFs are frequent) and protecting management. Tends to suppress future complaints.......
No one is asking for termination without a statement, I am saying that HR departments should investigate rumors and if they interview and investigate and it is found factual, then take action. They don't need some poor low level employee to always hang themselves first before they can do their job! I just hate it when lazy HR departments want it handed to them on a sliver platter or they won't do anything. They have become lazy and useless on violations in companies and it should be changed.
HR always has the back of the CP. The campus president gets a report any time there is a complaint filed with HR from someone at their campus. You may think it's anonymous, but the CP always knows about it. Even if the complaint is filled against the CP, the CP is contacted first and questioned about the complaint before the person filing is notified. That's just how it works.
3-vip ... not sure where you are coming from. Any worth while HR representative will ask for a statement. A detailed statement -- with dates. Without statements, they only have allegations and rumors. Therefore, they do not have a legal leg to stand on if a termination is challenged in court. They can investigate the rumor/allegation -- that is all it is at this point. However, if employees are not willing to provide a statement and/or the facts do not align -- no action is taken.

The refuge of an HR that will not take action, is to demand everything in =writing. This is because they know you can't do that because you will lose your job. A truly ethical HR would investigate the accusations and get to the bottom of it. I always find it interesting when corruption or unethical behavior is exposed to light, most HR departments start with the "well if you will write me a 50 page detailed accusation with all dates and times, then we will consider looking into it." Its how corruption is kept hidden and continues. Just demand unreasonable requests and when they are not done, the HR people can hide behind the "well I asked for the information and no one provided it." It will always be HR's duty to investigate rumors and accusations, it is not the employee trying to hold down a lower level job to provide it all. Your hypocrisy is exposed, it is how evil prevails and continues.
He has been doing this for a long time. Nothing is going to get done about this. Get over it. This is a corrupted organization that this kind of activities are not of any concern.

This kind of thing is going on at all the campuses. If it's not staff members playingaaround with each other it's staff members playing around with students. If your campus president is any thing like ours he or she is having sex with someone on campus. Been here almost 15 years and it's the same with whom ever is in charge. Hell the DOE and one of the directors were caught sending nude photos to each other and both are still here. One of the FA ladies was caught late at night having sex with 4 student veterans in her office and was quietly asked to resign so it never made to corporate HR. Believe me, that kind of stuff goes on at all the campuses and nothing is done about it.
If HR is provided with specific information; letters written by students and employees, they will take action, whether the CP likes it or not.

None of you should be allowed any where near young people let alone students. It's time to spread the truth about what's happening at all the Zenith schools and take them down.
