This place is a joke, the people that run this place don't know what they are doing. The weld shop manager came from metal prep, doesn't make sense. He doesn't know what he is doing most of the time, he will sit there and look at product twirling his safety glasses and you can tell he has no idea. The weld shop lead man, well all I can say about him is that he is a piece of shit.

yes your manager does not know shit, but he does have a piece of paper from a college, sad but that is how nov is now, over look peole that have worked there way up and know the system\products etc.. also there is a lot of racism which HR will not deal with,I was laid off 3 months ago, only regert is that I did not kick the shit out of some people while i was there when i wanted too...
So many people on this forum just want to talk shit. Grow some balls man! If you don't like the company leave, it's that simple.
2800 is a waste of time got a lead man we call poopy pants an a so called shop manager that goes up an down his stairs all day then u got the suck asses by the time there done sucking there going to need surgery on there knees.. they were supposed to layoff on Thursday but instead they asked to see if welders wanted to go to dayton same pay but longer drive... place is a f---ing joke..

And don't get me started on the forklift driver. Creates a whole new standard for laziness!
