I was let go last year, it was OK for me as I was planning to move on but I can tell you that the Greatness Agenda may not be that great for the average worker especially as Kohl's moves to smaller stores and larger stores are closed there may be a ton of layoffs in 2016 and 2017, but we will see what happens.
