It's not going to pick back up in March or April. In fact it's not going to pick back up for a very long time. Quit giving people false hope. Layoffs will happen at this facility like all the others

If he makes it unscathed tomorrow you'll be fine for a couple of months, they will cut again (unless things start to pick up) in March/April
HR is not done. They haven't even made it half way through the list. Be patient.
