Doug, please share the details of your exit compensation when, not if, you leave CHK. Be sure to highlight the immediate vesting clause and dollar amounts of your RSA.
You say you don't want to give a heads up as to what positions are being looked at for layoffs off because then they might not work their best,safe etc. But when everyone thinks they will get cut they do not work their best. Cvx sends out scope of layoff emails detailing the positions and departments being evaluated for layoffs. Why can't chk be this open and transparent for once? Trust in management was fully lost when you say there are no plans regarding layoffs.....then there are layoffs. There were plans for layoffs and you lied. Justify it however you want, if I lied to my boss I'd get fired. Doug lies to entire company, and his entire VP team gets to re up their 3 year contracts. Where is my 3 year contract?
