Probably the most unapproachable person I have ever met in my life. She doesn't even have the courage to face a employee or leader on a issue she would rather run up the org structure and complain to a director about another leader. Aka witch hunt. Shouldn't you at least have the courage to face the person and address the issue first hand. The moral in the Calgary office is probably at a all time low thanks to her actions and behaviors. The GPTW committee spent 3 years pulling the moral back and all it took was Kristina to ruin it in 2 months. She's got a permanent frown on her face and could lose a few pounds. Maybe hit the well and you may feel better about yourself and treat others with some dignity and respect. The worst HR BP I have ever come across in my entire professional career.

HR at Devon is a disgrace! I am a senior person who was hired in August but I turned it all down because HR switched policies on me and lied about it. I have nothing good to say about HR at Devon. Who runs the company HR or E&P????
Nnnkay, the word is "morale" and the rest of us learned to use the article "an" in front of words starting with a vowel in, say, second grade?
For the men who get terminated at Devon in OKC, they use an HR person who looks like an ex linebacker for the Chicago Bears and probably was a bouncer at a strip club, before Devon hired him as their muscle terminator.
HR at Devon is the worst. They are all about serving & protecting Devon but do not care about employees or their happiness. Ann Baumgartner was the worst.
