Stay away from the BS in this organization there is nowhere to go in IT GIT
the only people that apply for jobs are newbies that need something to put on their resumes
It makes me sick how this Colgate GIT has gone to Sh#$
Definitely do not take a position in the US at a facility outside of New Jersey because your days will be numbered the minute you set foot in the door
The only people left in GIT are yes man A##Holes
All of the smart people will be gone at the end of the year because of Gateway. They are moving everything to inexperienced people in India who know nothing about the real world. It is already starting to come to a crashing halt. "Just make it work." Is their motto. Everyone is a number now, but the only number doing anything is productivity, going down.
I live in Topeka and I was "gateway'd" also no remorse they just sent me home they told me they were sending my job overseas said I can have a small payout if I shut my mouth and so what they said
hills owned by colgate fired 60 it workers right before Christmas in Topeka Kansas I heard the cio didn't have the guts to travel and make the announcement
I worked for colgate for 16 years and they dumped me like a bag of shit they do not value people
you are just a number the ceo and cio only worry about their bank accounts
it's called project gateway they are getting rid of US workers by the dozens
