Aren't they over? Bob said that they would be after January, I would expect a more ufficial announcement from some executives before a new round.

There's no fate but what we make for ourselves.
The machines rose from the ashes of the nuclear fire. Their war to exterminate mankind had raged for decades, but the final battle would not be fought in the future. It would be fought here, in our present. Tonight...
"...better decisions (Sequoia & Sanbolic)." Sequoia? That was in 2002 / 2003 or even earlier... why bring it up here? There has been a string of overpriced acquisitions that were poorly implement over the years. Probably over $1B in cash wiped out without any return on it. I feel for those who were let go, but the "culture" you're referring to under MarkT has brought this entire mess along. Without his reckless spending on M&A and without the poor execution and poor oversight from him and the board, there would be no activist investors and no demoralizing layoffs. Think about who should be the target of your anger and frustration
Last 5 years at Citrix has been hell, as someone put it, "a soul crushing experience" Citrix is not the great company it used to be. They have people at the top making bad choices (Bytemobile) and not following thru with some of the better decisions (Sequoia & Sanbolic). Operations Leader is a complete psychopath, which explains a lot. Elloit has destroyed what was already a pretty unstable employee base, people started jumping ship in 2015 and for good reason. We were told years ago that Citrix would be outsourcing jobs to India. Now it seems that has finally started to happen. It will be intersing to see what Citrix looks like in a year.
Its confirmed May-June will be mostly targeting the middle management role. it will be huge as vulture Elliot mgt has to meet theirs target. So Director/Managers will be on fire. Citrix is becoming hell by loosing credibility among employees, they lost their culture which Mark had created.
All the best citrites.
I heard more in June but who knows.
