Devon is too heavy with expensive, ignorant leadership. So far, The only answer has been layoff the staff? How about layoff the leadership that make bad decisions and don't understand the cost of their ridiculous demands.

Absolutely Agree....a product of advancement in a time were its was hard to find good experienced people .This leadership team will take employees and share holders straight into the ditch.Leaders earn their keep by making good decisions in a low commodity price environment...any jackass can make a decision @$100/bbl oil
Couldn't agree more!! So many inexperienced managers making bad decisions. We are losing so more of the wise seniors.
