Terrible morale which is hard to believe, but is lower than the pay scale.
Maybe a layoff is better, make more money on subsidies from the state.
I am not optimistic for the new year, bad business as usual.

Wait til we get our pay less the new higher insurance premiums. Great, making even less money than before. Sinking into the abyss think a new job is on the horizon, can't afford to stay at State Street, exactly what Jay wants.
