Of course they get an award.. This comes from a business magazine that represents investors. Investors are always happy with Cummins in the way they repeatedly rob the employees to give the money to them.
Cummins nominates themselves for these awards. Like the most ethical....this way they can keep their head in the sand about the reality and peddle this BS to the masses.

Yes, they are a great employer if you are not a salaried employee, in which case you are subject to the forced ranking system and mass layoffs every 3-4 years of experienced and dedicated employees. The only people that would see Cummins as a decent employer would be the thousands of H1B Visa workers from Indiana and China that work there and become a larger and larger part of the Columbus workforce as Americans undergo the regular "purges".
