Please be considerate of others when posting, and imagine what it would be like for someone to call you out personally in the forum. Especially when it is no fault of your own that you got repatriated!

Does anyone know if David Williams (Team Lead Risk Management, Americas) still has a job with Shell? In my over 25 yrs. career, I never came across such a arrogant person than this man! Basically, he has zero respect for people who work / worked for him! During my short lived tenure with RDS, I have seen so many talented people left Shell because of his micromanagement ass. If he is still employed by Shell most likely someone in higher role saving him; otherwise HR has enough feedback to get rid of such an asshole! I heard his previous employer kicked him out from Cameron and Shell should do the same...

Hey Anonymous - if you're pro-transparency, then perhaps this forum should be requiring you to use your real name and facebook account for "transparency"....

I think it's a great point. The aim of this forum is not to air grievances with individuals, especially if we are not aware of the circumstances - there may be other factors - IPFs, CEPs, career moves, etc that you are not aware of.
