Thread regarding DST Systems Inc. layoffs

When you apply for a job elsewhere - the potential new employer already knows why your leaving DST. You don't have to go into that conversation. They have met lots of DSTers trying to get out and so you really don't need to explain yourself. Plus the hiring company feels good as they can rescue you! They have heard about DST management style which many people find very uncomfortable. Shouldn't you have a job you look forward to, and when you see a manager its a positive experience instead of ducking into a cube to avoid their negative comments? I left and tripled my pay!
