Several years ago full time associates had weekly hours reduced from 40 hours per week to 37.5. Effective in January, several Neiman Marcus Last Call locations will reduce full time weekly hours to 30 hours per week. Even if an associate wants to 'make up' the difference in pay by adding vacation time to their weekly hours, they are unable to do so. Full time associates are to be averaged at 6 hours per day or 30 hours per week.
