The only thing I'm getting after reading all of these posts is how toxic ou workplace has become after all these years. There is some, actually lots, of truth to these posts. It might be best for management to have some mediators or facilitators come into our offices and work with us to clear the air. Might take money away from fun activities like Disneyland or lunches or retreats, but I really think it's necessary at this point.
Really. Let it go.
One more thing for Chris - bollocks!! Sheesh...dude, you aren't superior to everyone else. Get a grip.
Hopefully Candi will keep Kathy in line, but that woman is a walking chemical sink...put booze near her and it's gone in record time.
Go WR Sales!
I don't doubt that KJ and CB from sales will be down there tearing it up, too, all on the company dime. One last blowout for them before the next RiF. A bunch of middle aged women claiming to be enlightened by reading The Secret, but trying to get away for their husbands for the week to chase down some LA men...wow...how enlightened...maybe they can pick up some preteens at Disneyland, too.
Just saw this. Surprised that nobody mentioned that Craig Lewis, VP WW Sales, decided to leave, as well.
Eric was a little strange. He treated me well, though. I know he went through a rough patch when his ex tried to limit his contact with their kids due to his lifestyle. Think she went so far as to move out of state. She said it was to limit their exposure to his multiple partners. WRS is a trip.
Yeah. Johnny is a creepy douche. We've had a few years over the years that were pretty similar. I remember when Eric R. started getting into the poly lifestyle. That was pretty creepy, too. We've had some real winners here over the years.
At a brunch/playoff party with some Intel managers now. The economic trouble in China is going to lead to some problems and losses for Intel. They are absorbing us, largely due to the major screw ups with respect to our APAC re-org. I'm not too festive after hearing that.
MobileIron names Barry Mainz new CEO
The San Francisco-based company has appointed Barry Mainz, former president of Intel's embedded software subsidiary Wind River, to take over the CEO title from MobileIron founder Bob Tinker.
Tinker, who spearheaded MobileIron's IPO in 2014, will remain on the company's board of directors, where Mainz will also have a seat.
In prepared remarks, Tinker highlighted Mainz's strength as a salesman and his experience selling software to enterprises.
As for Mainz, he's already started refining his pitch. In a statement, Mainz said he had personal experience with the company's product and believes MobileIron has the potential to become the "applications and security backbone" for end-user computing.
His goal, of course, will be to lead MobileIron to growth and profitability -- two essential areas where the company has struggled.
Like other tech vendors, MobileIron has taken a hit as customers shift to software subscriptions over licensing.
Getting back onto the purpose of this board, I've read articles online that mention Intel isn't happy with the fact we support other chipsets. Supposedly, they may limit is to their architecture. Anybody else hearing that?
I met him too. He didn't make any comments about my girlfriend but wanted me to invest in some business out of Singapore. Sounded desperate. I didn't get a good feeling about him either.
Well I guess it is "official"

Me thinks that is correct. Intel wants IoT to its self. Doesn't want smelly Apple lady or the three bozos she sucked off at 2012 SKO. As far Chis H, what are you doing here? Move on. Go shack up with Apple lady and join the circus.
Barry didn't resign, he got pushed out. The CEO of Altera "resigned," too...same thing, though, he was pushed out. Me thinks we are looking at a housecleaning here. Smelly Apple Lady could be gone, too...
If she gets promoted under Mychal, maybe she'll be able to afford a bra and some deodorant! Is it me or has anyone else had to share a car ride with this woman? She can't possibly have any friends here. She talks behind everyone's back.
This must mean McCabe will become CMO and Steigerwald will fill his shoes. I'm not coming back from vacation.
Chris H - you don't work here any longer and you needn't call anyone a "moron." Come to think of it, "me thinks" that's why a "bloke" like you doesn't work here any longer. Move on.
Barry is what? A 51 year old bloke? Me thinks that anyone over the age of 45 who has only worked here during their career could be in jeapordy during the upcoming redundancies.
To the moron who posted that this was a lie, you better get your head out of the sand (or other dark place) as it has happened
I would think that K's East Bay Softball buddies would have better things to do than spread rumors like this during the holidays. Get a life ladies. First the donuts, now this.
I haven't heard or seen anything to this effect. What's going on?
This is a lie
I'd have to assume the Intel overlords were starting to meddle and question more than Barry would like. Seems like an opportune time to bolt.
Just saw this. On vacation. Hadn't heard - what's your source? All hands email? Having trouble logging in.
Really? Rats leaving a sinking ship? Maybe we can stay afloat now. Need to check my email. Having too much fun on holiday. Bollux! Don't want to go back but I must.
