I have witnessed parking meters be installed on the lowest level. I guess it can pay the severance of those lazy bastards that drug down Devon.
I'd take a job gladly over parking. Anyone else? Those of us that went through this scenario twice in the 80's understand the ramifications of low oil prices and the roller coaster rides that haunt the industry.
