Cisgender is an ultra liberal gay way of saying straight. If you use this word a lot then other gay people will know you are one of them.

I have never laughed so hard until I read, "I've got gas and I got to see the word cisgender a whole bunch". Same here, I have never seen the word "cisgender" used either. LOL
