At the most recent mrr meeting they were asked Inovalon's competitors - and were stupid enough to start rattling off the company names. Even competed with each other to list them all!
Have to laugh, they have lost massive market share of data review. Their "proprietary" data collection is easily replicated. And when a company screwwwwwws its employees, they take their knowledge and talents elsewhere. No wonder its a hot stock by day traders, easy quick trades. Buy on the down swing sell on its rise. Every day the pattern repeats . Cant wait for the lousy earnings report first week of Nov. You can only eliminate much before company is just a shell.
The biggest problem is the people the put in positions that do not have the education or experience to be in those positions. For example the current director used to be a lead (not a good one either) However, since she is a good lap dog they threw her into a position she was ill equipped to handle. The end result is amazing amounts of errors, loss of clients which results in massive layoffs. Hire educated personal for the positions of power and turn the boat around.
