Hello -zkf, Oops - I didn't intend to grab the following "Ditto for the word "patriarchy". I grabbed the whole text string by mistake.
To be fair, the term "patriarchy" isn't a millennial thing. It's been used in that context ever since the mustachioed tomboys with unresolved daddy issues started burning their bras in the '60s.

Straddle a mirror and look down. What you see there will let you know whether you are male or female. It really is that simple. If your crotch tells you that you are male, but your mind tells you that you are female, the problem is with your MIND. You need a psychiatrist, not an endocrinologist and a plastic surgeon.
I agree with OP. This place looks more like a California tech company than an oil company. It's sad and disgusting.
You sound like you might have a gender identity issue. Be patient and you will figure out who you really are in time.
