Who thought it was a really good idea to assemble all the happy crawfish and announce there's gonna be a big crawfish boil in the first quarter and a whole lot of them are going into the pot. Most cajun cooks will tell you it's much better on the crawfish to just sneak up on them and quickly throw them in the pot. Don't just hold them over it. They get very anxious.
