Thread regarding Staples Inc. layoffs

It's Monday morning, time for the weekly post about how bad a RVP Vinnie Servello is.

The only "value" this guy brings is driving people out. He is out of touch with retail. He can only lead by threatening and bullying, which is not leading, it's more like shoving from behind (down a flight of stairs). His behavior is basically an open invitation for harassment lawsuits. Wake up and get rid of this ass.

An idiot with a Napoleon complex. He actually thinks his little demonstrations on how to help customers are useful. Every demonstration of his I have seen firsthand and heard about have failed and the customers walked out empty handed, or worse, complained. Totally unqualified for the job, and he knows it. He simply would not make it as a GM at Staples, or in any other company

I heard that while driving Vinnie around visiting stores one day Bob Uthoff told him to STFU or get the hell out of his car. Probably why he was retired.

Absolute tyrant who is not a leader. He is not a motivator, short, battered ego, was probably picked on as a kid. Is of no benefit to the company, Would like to see him run a store for a month and see what his numbers are like. Make a tier 3 or 4 where there is NO extra labor. Absolute waste of a position, but Otis and his minions are not far behind.

Vinnie Servello utilizes the most cowardly and ineffective form of management. He's the opposite of leadership. He's the perfect example of why Staples has failed. Congratulations Vinnie for failing at your life.

Thank you for keeping the truth about Vinnie Servello alive. He's an incompetent, disrespectful, and unqualified human being.
