Not one team but two teams of specialist. Specialist on selling and buying of companies. Do your research!
1pdw, the reason you do not understand the management of this company is because they do not have a clue how to manage the company. They are on the verge of bankruptcy and have now hired a team of specialists to help them position themselves for the "exit stage left moment". What a disaster and it is purely because of the incompetence of a couple of people at the top. You are very right, THEY STILL HAVE NOT CUT the two people who need to go....AND my guess is they will not because they cannot...there is a good reason for that. So sad that it has come down to this, but their most telling act of desperation is the complete depletion of their credit revolver. The company is on the gurney and will be very lucky if they survive in their current form. What a disaster.
They still haven't cut any of the people who ACTUALLY need to go. I don't think I will ever understand the management at this company.
