Thread regarding Constant Contact Inc. layoffs

In light of recent layoffs...

The company was going down anyway - I've spent a couple of years there and CC's middle management, with some rare exceptions, is pretty much killing the company from within. I was in situations where entire teams would bubble up issues to management only to see no action taken. OK, if you behave in such fashion, you'll see a lot of attrition and that has been happening for a while, especially on the tech side as those folks have skills that are high in demand - I am not talking about the crew that cranks out slide-ware... Just look at what's happening with adoption of new standards and technologies, it rarely happens and the company is falling behind from the tech side...
