Many Admissions directors need to be let go! It's apparent to all departments that if your team is failing, it is because it lacks the leadership it needs! Stop making excuses for your CCI minded employees and fire the old admissions teams! It is blatantly clear that sticking with your old CCI recruiting tactics is against everything Zenith states that it stands for! Out with the old and in with the new!

Those high paid reps are being replaced by reps being paid $35K.
The poster who said that some Reps are making $75,000+ was a tad bit underestimating. MOST Admissions Reps are making $75,000+ - I knew many people @ Online who made $90,000-$100,000. And yet the rest of the departments made between the $30,000s - $45,000 range. That's why I left!
How much are the director's making?
Salary scales for Admission Representatives should be right sized. $45k-$60k plus bi annual bonuses for performance & escore. Why have 10 admissions director's, 3 would work just fine. Ex. You currently have reps making +$75k in base salary giving you 5 students per quarter. Running a business how can this ever be feasible.
They are the only choice Zenith has. No one with any experience or integrity will work for this company. If you haven't noticed, any time there is a change in leadership it's always someone from within the company that moves into the position. Then after a couple months they are terminated and someone else moves up. Everyone should record Judge Judy so you can catch the Everest comercials. Zenith Education , a company in decline.
2ydj: Its a perfect storm. Corrupt leadership combined with a declining market and a poisoned brand (why didn't they change the name?) adds up to a predictable outcome.
2ydj - You need to stop attacking these two guys! In case you have not noticed, you have not had anyone buy into your pathetic lies. These two guys are both very professional in every way. These leaders are two of the most talented leaders in this space. You must be one of those lazy ass military representatives who are now being asked to do some real work instead of just sucking on the tit of free VA $$$. I will say it again. STFU, get in the car the company pays for, gas it up with gas the company reimburses you for, have someone tape Judge Judy for you and go to work!
What has your new company done to prove that they want to turn the ship around? Absolutely nothing!!! Same people in place, same old commercials playing on Jerry Springer, same unaccepted accreditation...yada, yada, yada! Seriously you people are so entertaining to follow. Some day you will face the fact that ECMC went to be with the DOE to try to mitigate the losses of them shutting Corinthian down in the first place. If they truly wanted to make a go of it the first thing they would have done was re-brand....but they didn't. All information points right to the fact that all they did they paid $500,000 per location for the debt collection portfolio that their sister company can collect on.

What you print may be true about the industry, but the admission's director lack of program knowledge, skill and favoritism is real. A lot of these so called "leaders" are no more than used care salepeople hoping no-one pulls back the curtain on them. It doesn't matter if is CCI, Zenith or whomever.
Can't you see there is no difference between CCi and Zenith. Zenith is nothing more than a for-profit education company without wall street. If you haven't noticed, people are not breaking the doors down trying to get into the schools. The only way to get enrollments is to target the same type of students CCi did. The entire career school industry has been in decline for five years and will continue to decline. Time to face facts, it's not the admissions team failing, it's the entire industry failing.
