Thread regarding Key Energy Services Inc. layoffs

So Friday afternoon, I was told about this web site how everyone is posting sh-- about everything at Belridge Key yard. Talking sh-- about our Safety, BBS guys, Rob and the rig hands that just got laid off 3 weeks ago. Rudy is a lost cause, you can't fix stupid! That's upper management stupid decision and we can't do sh-- about it!

Do you guys ever wonder why we still have a job at Belridge and we're the only yard still getting ok hours? Rob works hard for US!

How about, all you P.O.S idiots talking sh-- all of should quit Monday morning? You should take out and bring your balls from your wife or girlfriend purses and go into Rob's office and f---en quit. Oh wait, YOU don't have the f---en balls sorry P.O.S, bunch of high school f---en dropouts! I guess this will be your last real job. As for me I'm waiting for that one phone call and I'm out just like Chad did it Tuesday morning!!

The word on the street is that there's this one person(s) posting sh-- on this web site and being a 2 face prick from Belridge.

Key Energy Services in Belridge is to lay off 18 employees including supervisors, operators and crew workers on March 14 2016 at 9:30am

I work for Key for about 10 years as a rig operator in Belridge. I quit because I wasn't happy there and also having Bill as my manager made a big difference. I miss working with my old crew we had some really good and bad times. My advise to @Speakingmymind is to quit Plain & simple! Seems your not happy...man up...jump ship! I thought the same way you're thinking, until you do their job then you will understand buddy. I personally know 1 of them because he was my hand. I don't think it's a waste on money!

@Speakingmymind key energy needs 4 cock suckers so they can blame then just in case an accident happens.these safety guys are a joke they do not do what the job requires them to do I have not seen no safety guy do a full audit of our rig equipment.. rob should go through their job description and see if they are doing their job. If rob knows they are not worth a f--- and are not doing their job well then I guess he is also hurting our company

They need to get rid of the safety dept in belridge. THEY ARE NOT MAKING NO MONEY FOR KEY ENERGY!!! Both safety guys all they do is check all their emails all day just chilling in the office. The bbs guy all he does is drive around and talk about how MESSED up it is at key energy right now to all the rigs. And omero all he does is just hide in his office and watch YouTube videos on some dumb shit THAT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH WORK and also steal time by coming in and leaving when ever he wants what a waste of money !!! They should of laid them off a long time ago... not all the good hands that made money for key energy!! Justsaying! All they need is 1 good safety guy and he can do the job that all 4 guys think they are doing!!!

They need to get rid of of all the safety guys and the bbs department it's just a waste of money for key energy at belridge. Key energy is not making no money with both safety guys just chilling at yard checking their emails all day. Also why do they need a bbs guy just driving around going to rigs just talking shit about how f---ed up it is at key right now... also wtf does omero do ? Everytime we see him he's just chilling in the office watching youtube videos on some dumb shit that has nothing to do with work just stealing time hiding out in the office!!!! Man those are the mofos they need to get rid off not all these good hands that laid off that actually made money for Key energy... Just saying

All the managers were at the Belridge yard with HR. They had a meeting and made a list on who they were going to lay off by next friday. They are going by low evaluations. Time to look for a new job

That's messed up what's going on at belridge right now. Everyone is getting set back from pushers to floorhands. I heard they did layoffs on friday for 8 vac truck drivers and doing 15 more in rig services. I also heard big changes coming up real soon.

At the kern river there's 20 some hand's and ex ops and r opers. That are probably included in those 45 that are getting lay off.

These supervisors/ managers have NO clue on how to fill out these evaluations...Copy & paste that's it! Each supervisor will use the same evaluation and only change their hands names and submit them to Rudy and HR!!! Rudy tells his supervisors to do this...Trust me walls are talking! Chad, HR & Rob knows about Rudy Castro and will not do anything about it...its sad.

Lay offs in Belridge are starting this monday. First FMS then Bop dept and then Rig Services. Total of 45 more people to get laid off by March 17 2016 in all 3 departments. Management are going by low evaluations to consider people to lay off.

Adan cortez, Chris cuun, Robert ybarra, pija, Pablo Soto, Pablo Martinez, Francisco Gonzales, Pedro, Juan Fuentes, Francisco from irt on 737, Francisco Ramos, Diego got layed off.

They just started today 2/18/16 in BEL...15 hands more cuts to come
