Ha ha ha, reorg or otherwise, those who actually believe CHK will be around 18 months from now must have a permanent residence on planet dilusional. Nobody said the oil will stop flowing. Doesn't do any good when you lose money on every barrel you sell. The industry is being forced to adapt, although many will be too stubborn to do so and will simply "ride it out, oil will bounce back." CHK doesn't have the liquidity to stay afloat another 12 months at these prices. Not to mention the stock is on a free fall to zero. Good luck, you'll need it.
