I believe CI is CRIMINAL informants, not confidential informants...
whoever posted is right. Get rid of MS group. They know nothing about oil projects. MS let go the real PM and kept most of his junks. None of them has field experience.

Add evaluation & planning professionals to this list, not only they have formed large groups, also getting paid a lot of money for adding zero value to the company. This is the fat that company should cut.
