Yes dedicated workers who worked 50+ hours a week
Spent nights sleeping a cheap motels during major snow storms
And not getting one thank you for being a loyal dedicated worker
I remember some Vp having the nerve to come to my dept and hand out
State Street coffee mugs for spending time at the motel during a blizzard
They love to find the most mins vile thing to find fault and never think of the years and years of dedicated work and never calling in sick. That's so easily overlooked to avoid any positive feedback. They might have to pay you a salary commensurate to your skills and talents, which is not what they want. They want you to be demoralized and quit do they can bring in someone new to save a few pennies. Nice business model.
