This company has done its fair share to destroy the US economy, it has terminated hundreds of US workers only to send their duties to mexico and india. Somehow they have managed to keep news of their downsizing out of the media. It is rumored they are going to continue their layoff strategy well through 2017, eliminating as many US positions as possible.

I agree with what is said above. Have worked there for 15 years and was let go.
Worst Ethics Dept., HR dept ( completely fake and horrible) Middle managers are the worst.
Don't ever work in IT dept.. Clueless people. Hiring friends and family.

Did anyone else notice how the ad seems to say people in Western countries are the reason why people in Africa and other countries don't have water? They are dumping thousands of people so they can spend $5 million dollars on a commercial at the end of the Super Bowl when most people are too drunk to care or have been so jaded by other crappy commercials to just glance over it? Hell, most people were probably going to the bathroom and flushing the toilet during that ad. This company has its priorities all hosed up and its head in its ass. They basically said they don't care about America because only 15% of their total income comes from us hard working Americans. Looks like Colgate wants to denounce its US citizenship and become a foreign Communist company. They might as well move their headquarters to North Korea.
