Kellogg's is stupid thinking just anyone can sell their product. We are not Nabisco paying for display space but actual sales reps hustling the product day in and day out.
i agree they are full of it, all they care about is exploiting each every sales manager, this people work 12 to 14 hrs without any overtime paid and this is how Kelloggs appreciates all their hard work
They might as well move Kelloggs to wearhouse. All this company has became worried about is a bottom line. They fail to realize that the sales team is who..MAKES YOU SALES.
Over 400 RSR's being let go. I believe this just the first phase of many more layoffs to come with RSRs.
