Black & Veatch Management Consulting has been moved into an LLC and has commenced terminating people across several divisions.

LLC is good thing, opens up new markets and allows more risk.

Only staff cuts are performance related; Currently hiring.

BV Management Consulting Services is its own division. How are they terminating people in other divisions? Are they consulting in-house and recommending layoffs to other divisions.. Or am I confused?
