I just got a WFR after 8 years. Anyone else getting WFR'd? My boss indicated this is part of a larger WFR initiative to start the year.
Any experience out there with severance and WARN and how they want me to sign my rights away?

Yes, there must be another WFR, I just got notified on 2/8/2016 after 27.5 years. However, in our org chart, it shows my position as TBH (to be hired), ....likely after I'm gone. I've had good reviews, so work performance was not an issue.
