How many times was rental equipment charged to a well when it wasn't even being used? How many VPs, managers, supervisors, and engineers had their head up their a$$ while this was going on? (You know who you are.) How many Devon employees in the field had an uncle or cousin that owned the company that Devon rented the equipment from?

It sucks, but is a good wake up call for Devon. I just hope the few left standing are the ones who have their crap together vs the politicians.
Yes the oil is very very low. But the huge waste of many is true just like the government. The waste of money spent in the field is stupid. The ones who approve invoices.
Yes. Clearly this is the reason for the layoffs rather than the small detail of oil being $30/barrel!
