Not sure how they aelect the layoffs. Is it targetd at reducing expats or can impact locals too. Do they look last three years IPF?

If they don't want you there, you will be SET UP for failure, so as to justify the low IPF they will give you. Kind of like Cinderella trying her hardest to go to the ball, but her stepmother and stepsisters are going to do everything in their power to see that it doesn't happen. In acceptance lies peace.
I worked for shell for ten years.you are so right.if they don't like you your gone,or they make your life miserable so you leave.like don't point out their safety infractions to them,and you must learn to lie and go along with what ever corporate corruption they dish out.i have been away from them for 3 years,I'm still recovering .
Shell uses the IPF as a justification to fire and layoff. I always received outstanding reviews but my supervisor always gave me a low IPF and could never explain why, every time I asked.
It has never had anything to do with IPF's. Don't be naive. If your not on the 'liked' list, dust your resume off.
How they do it? Lol. If they don't like you then you are gone. Simple.
