There is a guy I know from high school that works there - he still has his job today. He was not very bright 20 years ago, less than 5 years ago he was a cashier working retail. He was a nice enough guy just not very smart. With no further education or experience he is still somehow employed as a supervisor at SD today. He knows someone important that got him his job - I fear this will be the way with Devon as well. We will not keep the best and brightest we will make sure our buddies and the buddies of those important people keep their jobs.
