Thats exactly what they have been doing for the last 5 years. No concern about Customer Service / Customer Satisfaction, those have gone drastically downhill. I was laid off 6 years ago. I feel like moving to Bangalore India and applying/working at EMC's marvelous support facility there. Sad to see this once-great company become this .

Moving to Banglore will be a great idea. Getting paid in USD will allow everyone to live like Kings and Indians might get alarmed at the Yankee influx taking up all the much needed resources. Karma
I know a few Indians who moved back to the home country because that is where the jobs are now.
I know from personal experience that corporate chieftains give themselves a big raise immediately after a major layoff. Someone will benefit from our pain.
