HAH! you expected "respect" and "transparency" from Repsol just because they are the "pillars" of the company?? don't count on it, least respectful or transparent company I have ever been around.
The layoffs are in process, they give you the package and walk you out of the door like a criminal. So much for treating people with respect.

Yep..the Spaniards have their godfathers in Madrid that help the make it up the ladder and circle around through the countries...car allowance, housing paid for, pay for kids private schools, some spouses getting "compensated" with Repsol paychecks and aren't employees...what a joke !...on top of that, they RUDELY speak Spanish in front of you...hello, we speak TEXAN !!!
