To anyone who has worked there... Murphy is struggling really bad and is in survival mode. Not sure if they will be able to hang on. Another round of layoffs are coming after a joke of a bonus they will pay out. But i'm sure the executives and upper management will get their share. And oh, the bonus would have been bigger had they not had to pay $175 million to break a contract recently. Again, great planning by upper management and the board.

What makes you consider them as "soul suckers"?
What's your source that they're paying any bonuses at all? A small one is better than none, and sadly, all I've heard is they're paying out 0 this year in bonuses......
