I agree....most sr staff are status collectors who if asked to do an engg work wud chicken out. I remember being piped for not sending status updates to 6 different ppl. This place sucks .... Startups work cos everyone works n reports individual status
Karma is a bitch. The managers, directors, and up to VPs better hope they can retire when they leave Qualcomm, because most of them can't compete with the engineers they attempted to PIP out.
The sr. staff and directors need something to do, and given they're only certified in collecting status, then that's all they can do, so someone has to do it.
That's right mate. Those Productive engineers get let go because the status collectors are saving their own asses. We need them to turn off the lights when the end comes.
