Thread regarding Broadcom Corp. layoffs

if all IT are gone, how come there is no WARN notice? are they somehow bypassing the WARN to avoid 60 days of notice?

WARN notices to employees are done but they can file to the state after the fact.

the warn notices are published on 25th and 10th of every month..most likely u will see it on 10th of this month if the IT layoff news is correct....
