I thought this website was for LAYOFF purposes. Which will give us an ideal of whose been laid-off and what to expect in the near future for LAYOFFS. Let's get back focus on the real deal. Our schools are suffering due to poor Management. Yes, POST ID: @FE7TbsE-1zgw, I am from one of the Texas Schools and yes I am disgruntle because I am sick of the madness. If any lay-offs that should happen, it needs to take place with the Presidents. These individuals comes to work late and leave early. You will not get 8 hours of work from these individuals. Our campus could survive if the Presidents step up. If you are from Corporate and reading this message, this really needs to be consider for Layoffs. Please start with the Houston area because I think they forget the purpose of their Jobs. You can't say people on your team are weak... when you are weak yourself.

Wow, some of you don't know what in the hell you are talking about.
All the presidents were not hired by Zenith and kept their salaries. Even some of the director of admissions make 80 to 90k. That is a fact.
How do you know they are getting six-figure incomes? Maybe when CCI was in their hayday they paid their Presidents six figures. Zenith is finding chumps that have no skills - obviously - giving them a title and paying them chump change. These chumps think they will have a great title to put on their resumes when they are eventually layed off.

Babysitters don't get six figures a year. If they are not interested in staying in business why over pay for the position?
The Campus Presidents are there to "babysit" their campuses. They are doing what all babysitters do. Zenith is not interested in building most if not all of their campuses. If they are going to end up closing the whole operation down, why hire talented individuals as Presidents?

It appears that you are a President and is upset with what you read. Let's just face it, the Campus Presidents are sorry as hell. So continue doing what you feel is best according to your job description "Other Duties" which is shopping, getting your hair done or cut and/or browsing the internet all on Company's time.

I know my President is awful and I thought it was just my campus. It is definitely time for a sweep they take to many vacations and don't want to help when the campus is suffering. We are doing extremely bad with attrition and enrollment. Our President focus too much on the Community service projects instead of our students and the population of our school. Something have to be done before it's too late. But I agree with everyone else. Get rid of our Presidents, they are useless.
I agree with both previous posts. Get rid of the presidents. Better yet, get rid of the RVPO's.
Are you kidding? Start with the Southfield, MI president first. No one wants to work for this president and employees quit without two weeks notice because of this poor leader whom is over due for removal. There is nothing this president excels at other than favoritism and mismanagement.
