Thread regarding Devon Energy Corp. layoffs

With an increased number of Devon employee's going on the list the upper snuff are trying find ways to transition the work. The good news I heard is Ben Williams will be out. This is making me very happy. There will not be an IT department anymore. It will roll up under administrative services. Many of you know that the IT department is universally hated by everyone at Devon not in IT. Data Services and what's left of IT will be merged with infrastructure in a separate unit. Micheal Siemer will be the SVP over this area. For the chosen it is going to be fun.
