Thread regarding Avid Technology Inc. layoffs

Get out now while you still can. This place gets worse by the day. Now all the suckers that are left behind will have to do the job of 3 or 4 people instead of two like most people already have to do. Management thinks you have to work 24 hours a day or else you are not a good employee. I have seen many executives come and go and the latest batch is the worst. They think they are so much smarter than everyone else. So far everything they have done has failed. I remember Louis saying that we will never grow the company through cuts. Can't wait to hear the lies he will spew at the company meeting today.
