Why is he still employeed?

I have had a second chance in life and made good on it. No one should get a third chance. Get rid of him.
Not that smart...two DUIs in less than a year. Guess he didn't learn his lesson -also wrecked his truck on the second one. Had some jail time on the second and missed his 48hr window to let Devon know where he was. In the hiring paper work it is automatic dismissal. HR had to find out where he was. And he still remains employed. This does not meet DVNS integrity standard. DVN need to let him go. He still boozes it up...wonder if his mom enjoys dropping him off to work.
Probably because he's smarter than someone who can't spell "employed" correctly.
enquiring minds want to know.

People also use to accept cocaine an hookers from vendors. Times have changed. It would be mighty tough to get an office job at an oil an gas company with two let alone 1 DUI. Otherwise, why do background checks.
I know plenty of good people with DUI's that work in oil and gas. Back in the day there used to be 'beer' in the fridge. Unless your coming to work drunk or with a massive hangover, I don't see the issue. Maybe we should be focusing on license costs, the extremely expensive and over exorbitance of the Sarbanes Oxley controls Devon has setup. SOX->There are many expensive layers and over the top controls there. In my opinion it was setup for political control You may need to really pull a lot of that back if you want to run lean.
