VMware support is the worse. The domestic support is the worse. Nutanix is intentionally dodged due to competition concerns

Take a first hand feedback from customer like me. The support from India sucks so bad! We are supposibdly Business Critical and if we happen to connect with India support during offs hours, we prefer to wait till we get someone else. Managers also sends Template emails with Apologies... Seriously, you can write your own emails?
