The only thing the people at the top are good at is playing Whack a mole with the latest debt problem...and they are about to need a lot of paddles with the tsunami of debt issues heading their way. Maybe they can find another CCMP that is dumb enough to put more money into this quagmire.

Dippin Dots you are exactly right ! The tsunami of debt started hitting Chaparral's shores very recently as they have hired "experts" to lead them to their final resting place...give me bankruptcy or give me JM !
How can anyone feel good about working in a cesspool of incompetence? You cannot make this story up ! It is a shame that the company cannot retain good competent talent, but we all know why. Think about it, the only people with any talent at all are all less than 45 yrs old and being led by a parade of fools. We all want to see Chaparral survive, but for goodness sakes, please take care of the real problems at the top. Start with getting rid of JM and your chance for success will go up 100% ! He is a disease that needs to be cured and that means get rid of the problem.
If there is one thing they are good at, its finding dumb people to invest in them. This will be no different or it could end up that the taxpayers will pay the bill.
