This does give me anxiety. to the point it is effecting my health. I work my butt off at this job never knowing if tomorrow will be my last day. Outsourcing is right, and they did everything so fast these @outsourcing employees never got a chance to even understand how things are ran. I am really looking for an escape plan, and hope everything pans out. Much love to the honest, genuine employees at Avid, the ones that are left...but to the guys running the show, good job ruining a great company and dedicated teams who really stood behind its product.

If you're getting "outsourced" maybe it's because you spend more time concerning yourself with "skanks" than with doing your frikken job? Maybe that's why PT is ALWAYS 3-4 years behind other DAWS, coasting on rep and interface?
Shaddup, pay attention to what PROFESSIONAL USERS need and maybe your job won't get shipped off to India. But if it does, I won't cry.
