if franks was truly investigated by the right people who knew this business , people would be going to jail. Usually when you by a competitor it is to make a profit, eliminate the competition , assets , but when you spend over 75 million on a company that was going under and you cut up millions of dollars of equipment that this company had , someone put a lot of money in their pockets.
